Fun day at Wilcox Lake Park with the kiddos. It was our first time here and boy was it busy! It’s a nice park with picnic area, barbecue area, park area, and Water Park. A pathway to walk near the lake too. Too bad we didn’t have enough time – Hubby wanted to take a walk around the lake area.
It was a nice little get together before all the kids start school again. Hopefully next time it won’t be as busy!
Have a FABULOUS day!!!
Its been an amazing year this year with having our families and friends with us. There’s way too many events to be talked about so I decided to put it all in a short video! Let’s welcome 2015 with honesty and positivity! See you all in 2015.

We had so much fun at the Gingerbread house class that was held at Loblaws Superstore. Or shall I say Hubby and I had a lot of fun while our 33 month old son contributed five minutes of his precious time? Lol His attention span is just that short but I’m grateful he did help. I enjoyed our very first family gingerbread house a lot!
I reserved this class back in October and was so looking forward to it. It cost $18.00 and it came with the kit – everything was set up for us. Our job was just to decorate and have fun. While decorating the gingerbread house – the staff was handing out candy canes and hot chocolate. We felt super festive!
Overall such a fun experience. I mean – you can just buy the kit and do it at home but the fun was that we get to enjoy it with other kids and parents also. PLUS its mess free – don’t need to clean up the mess! We will for sure be doing this every year – I want to make it a tradition for my kid(s) to do fun Christmas-ty activities. What kind of Christmas activities do you do with your kids? Comments below to share! Stay tune for more blog posts – this blog is updated every single day at 12PM Eastern Time!
Have a WONDERFUL day!!!

What a super fun day we had!! Yes – our very first farm outing! It’s quite festive with all the pumpkins and wagon ride! We enjoyed it so much! This is such a fun and educational place to be for kids. For sure we are coming back next year.
Its $12.00+HST per person from two years old and up. I say the entrance fee is quite reasonable because you can stay as long as you want and plus the wagon prices is included. You can pick pumpkin at an additional cost. I remember the price was $27.00 for 3 large pumpkins. Not bad at all!
There’s so much to do! We love the wagon ride a lot – it’s like a 5 to 10 minute ride and there’s a section that you go through that’s like a little haunted house. Pretty fun!! The maze part was amazing too! My 2 and a half year son ran nonstop and of course he couldn’t find his way out – he cheated! Lol.
It was just a very enjoyable time with my little perfect family. I love spending every day with them and creating special memories! We took a ton of pictures too. I highly recommend the Whittamore Farm to all of you!! Check out their website for more details! I’ve always called Toronto Island “Center Island” and never knew it is actually called Toronto Island. It’s weird to me because I grew up only knowing the name as Center Island. Never mind on that – I’ll just get used to it.
We decided to go to Toronto Island this year instead of the Canadian National Exhibition. There’s really not much to do at the Canadian National Exhibition – except walk, eat, play games, and shop. But as for Toronto Island – it’s much more toddler friendly. They have a mini amusement park, Water Park, playground, beach, and lots of land to run around on.
We spent about three hours there with my in-laws too. The weather was perfect – not too sunny or hot. Munchkin had a blast absorbing everything in and checking out new things. It’s also his first time on a boat too!! He learned a new word that day “BOAT”. I love going on these little adventures – he learns quite a lot! Love seeing that smile on his face!
Overall – I prefer going to Toronto Island over the Canadian National Exhibition. What would you prefer? Comment below to share with me. Meanwhile – come back again – this blog is updated every single day at 12PM Eastern Time!
Have a BLISSFUL day!

This is a #THROWBACK family event two years ago. Another one of our son’s firsts! It was his first time at Canadian National Exhibition and he was only five and a half month old. How time flies right? He’s almost two and a half year old now and we probably be visiting the Canadian National Exhibition this year again. Although there’s not much to do there really but if you live in Toronto – this is a yearly advance. They are opened for three weeks every summer and closed after Labor Day.
The Canadian National Exhibition brings back a lot of memories for me when I was in high school. Because that’s where I got my first summer job ever and my very first time earning my own pocket money too.
We are looking to go back to visit this year and I think this year will be a little more fun than two years ago due to our son being older and can play some of the kids rides. We probably go near their opening days to avoid crowds. It’s very crowded during last week of summer! Have you been to the Canadians National Exhibition? What are your favorite things to do there?? Have a WONDERFUL and AMAZING day!
