[Beauty] — Maybelline Brow Drama Crayon Review

Here’s my very first “First Impression” review. I saw the advertisement on Instagram and I told myself I had to try it out!

My first impression was that I love the formula of it. Loved how smooth and easily it goes on. I didn’t need to go over my brows a few times – one time does the job.

The other thing that I’m not too fond of is the thick size of the pencil – very hard to shape my brows. I did end up using a brow brush. Which isn’t a problem.

Got to say I love it – love how inexpensive it is too. I think it was less than $10? Don’t quite remember but it was affordable. I believe there’s a thinner pencil with the same formula too. I’ll be looking into getting one and seeing what the difference is. Probably easier to draw and shape your eyebrows with. Have you tried this product? What are your opinions and thoughts on it? [Review] — Genie Diaper Bin

Here are my honest reviews about this product! I have to say it’s NOT worth it. I used this Playtex Genie Diaper Bin 4 years ago and I never liked it.

First off – the refills are so EXPENSIVE. You are basically paying for expensive bags – just to have it throw out. It’s about $23.99+tax for a 3 pack refill. Each pack refills holds up to 270 diapers. Sometimes it doesn’t hold up to that many diapers really.

It’s just the concept of paying so much for plastic bags is really not worth the money.

Would I say its convenient? It can be – but no matter what you’ll still have to throw the diapers out regularly because it’ll stink. What’s the difference in using regular bags and have it throw out regularly right? Same concept. I remember a refill barely lasts for a week. So you’re looking at paying $7.00-$9.00 for plastic bags a week.

Here is my review – I don’t recommend it at all. The bins can be inexpensive but the plastic bag refills is what gets you! What are your thoughts? Comment below to share! Stay tune for more reviews and hauls – this blog is updated regularly at 12PM Eastern Time! Thanks for stopping by!

[Beauty] — Lush Enchanted Eye Cream • Review & Recommended!

IMG: Lush.Com

Have to say I am impressed with this Lush Enchanted eye cream. I wasn’t looking for a specific brand eye cream – just something that will work and take my dryness away from my eyes.

I walked into Lush and asked the sales consultant to recommend me an eye cream for super dry eye lids. I remember paying about $27-$30 for it with tax.

In the beginning of the first few days – my skin flaked like crazy. My first thought was “this is another eye cream that’s not going to work on me.” But I was like – I’ll give it a week or two to see. To my surprise – my skin stops flaking and became very smooth. I’m so glad I never gave up on this cream! It’s been a few months of having smooth skin around my eyes and I am loving it!

Been using this bottle for about four months now. I apply it 2-3 times a day. Usually two times – once in the morning and once at night.

Considering that I paid $27-$30 for it and it lasted for so many months – totally affordable. Not only is that it’s affordable – it’s made from fresh ingredient as well. Totally recommend anyone this eye cream if you have dry eyes like me. I am dry all year round and it looks like I won’t be having dry eyes problem anymore! I’ll be getting another bottle very soon – I think my first bottle will run out soon! Hope you enjoy this review! I love this product! [Beauty] — The Face Shop Beauty Mask Deals

Purchased these masks at $1 a piece plus tax. That’s right – I usually wait for the 50% off promotion to stock up for the entire year. This time around – I waited till the last day before heading to The Face Shop – so there were little choices left to pick from. I just picked up whatever is left over. I can’t wait till the next sale – for sure will be picking up 30-40 sheet masks. Are you a sheet mask lover? What are you’re to go brands? Comment below to share! [Beauty] — Nars Lip Liner • Review

Finally getting a chance to review these Nars Lip Liners. I don’t review every makeup product – only products that I like or that had disappointed me.

Got these Nars Lip Liners as a gift at Sephora last November for my birthday. I didn’t start using them till recently. I have to say I love the formula they used – it’s super moist and smooth! Doesn’t dry up my lips at all! I used up the pinkish tone one already and am not a huge fan of the red one.

Usually lip liners are on the dryer side but these are amazing! I am looking forward to purchasing the full size! Have you tried these yet? Love it or hate it? Comment below to share your thoughts! [Review] — Britax 2016 B-Agile 3B-Safe 35 Travel System Black • Review

IMAGE: Google

Finally a review of the Britax 2016 B-Agile 3B-Safe 35 Travel System. I’ve bought the older version in red in 2012 four years ago. But since this time we are having our second baby and the older model one has gone everywhere with us – we decided it was time for a newer model one for our second son.

Why did we decide on Britax again? To be very honest – Britax has never given us any troubles for the past four years and it’s convenient! Those two were enough reasons why we went back to Britax and spend another $750.00 for this system! Yes I did check out the Stokke stroller brand – weighted the pros and cons too. Britax is still much more convenient.

What’s the difference between the older model and the newer 2016 model? I find that the wheels are a little smoother and the basket at the bottom is much bigger! I used to have trouble stuffing our jackets at the bottom but now – we have no problem! Also – the buckle on the stroller is updated and new. Easier to buckle and remove. Overall the both the systems are alike with a few changes here and there.

I know with new parents – they are probably thinking – is it worth spending $750 on a stroller and car seat system? Trust me – I had that thought too when I bought our first system. Number one thing is the light weight, number two is the convenience, and number three is it’s reliable! Yes it’s worth it because you can use the stroller up to 5 to 6 years or even more. We only wanted to get a new one because we travel a lot with the stroller and when time passes – it gets worn out. Our old stroller has been over 10 trips with us and still works perfectly fine. Although the time using car seat is a little less – about a year – you can always sell it or hand it down to your next child. I do believe a good travel system is very important – otherwise you wouldn’t want to go here and there with your little one.

Overall I’m very impressed with the new changes and love using my new purchase! Will definitely recommend this system to any parents out there looking for the convenience! Stay tune for more reviews and hauls – this blog is updated regularly at 12PM Eastern Time! Thanks for stopping by!

[Toy][Review] — Leap Frog Walking Dog • Review

This Leap Frog Dog was a gift from one of my son’s uncle about a year ago. In the beginning – he loved this dog to bits but slowly playing with it less. It’s a normal thing for kids – when something is new they are obsessed with it and when it gets old they’ll throw them in the corner.

My son still adores this dog and plays with it once in awhile. He loves the concept of “walking the dog” and loves the music on it. He learned quite a bit from this toy. It teaches songs, alphabet, and what each letter is attached to each word. Very educational I would say.

b131 b132

This Leap Frog dog has been owned for almost a year and what I love about it is – I haven’t change battery on it yet!! Usually with kids toys – batteries only lasts for max 3 good months but this has been over a year! Overall – love this toy! It’s fun and educational. Do you have this Leap Frog dog? What are your thoughts in it? Comment below to share your thoughts! I would recommend this toy gadget for any parent out there! Have a WONDERFUL day!!!

[Review] — KitchenAid Tilt Head Stand Mixer in White

Purchased my very first Kitchen Aid Tilted Head Stand mixer early November of 2015. My girlfriend actually tempted me into purchasing this because it was on sale at $199.99+tax. Over a hundred bucks off and I just couldn’t resist the sale!

They only had the red, black, and white left. I would prefer the hot pink color as my first choice and silver as my second choice. White works too – it’s going to look bright in my new kitchen.

I didn’t read much of the manual – only took interest with the one year warranty if anything breaks down. Everything else was common sense. It’s very easy to use and convenient! No more hand mixing! Having a mixer like this saves more than half the time too.

I love how you can purchase different tools! You can make bread, pasta, juicing, and you name it! The extra tools might be costly – so make sure you will be using it often.

Baking is one of my hobbies at home because I can control the sugar level of my baked goods. Usually I prefer fruit related pastry. Hiding the fruit inside bread or muffins is perfect for my four year old!

Overall – I love this mixer and I even love the price I got it for. It looks great in the kitchen too! Would highly recommend anyone to get a mixer like this if you bake daily and want to save time! Make sure to wait for sales – I always see them on sale everywhere! Stay tune for more reviews – this blog is updated regularly at 12PM Eastern Time!

Have a WONDERFUL day!!!

[Review] — Dyson Digital Slim D62

DYSON is like the God of vacuums! I am no joke! I pulled the plunge and purchased my first Cordless Dyson vacuum and I don’t ever think I can purchase any other brands!

First off – I bought it because it was $200 off! That’s a whole lot of savings! From $600+ to only paying $395 for it. I love how it has a 2 year warranty too. In case anything happens – I can just contact Dyson Canada directly.

Before purchasing Dyson D62 – I was using a cord vacuum and that literally drove me a little insane. I had to plug it to two different outlets every time I vacuum because the cord wasn’t long enough to reach everywhere.

With Dyson – I could vacuum freely whenever I want. It’s just way less stressful. Especially when having a kid and being pregnant. Dyson only weights about 5 pounds. I no longer need to be stressed with my son making messes either because the Dyson can pick up anything! Crumbs, rice, dust, garbage, and etc!

No filter to change! One reason I choose this model over the other models is because the battery life is 26 minutes while the others are 20 minutes. Not a huge difference but it still does count.

I like how I can bring it out and have the car cleaned too. CORDLESS! No need to plug it anywhere!

I sound kind of overly crazy with this review. I just can’t say one negative thing about it. I know the price is expensive but it’ll save me a lot of stress on the long run. Once you go cordless – you cannot go back to cord! Do you own a cordless Dyson? If you do – you would know exactly how I feel about it! If you don’t own one – you are missing out! Make sure to wait for a sale before purchasing! Hope you enjoy this review & stay tune for more reviews and hauls. This blog is updated regularly at 12PM Eastern Time!!!

[Home][Organization] — Kitchen Storages & Fridge Organization

b69 b70

I recently did a little reorganizing in the kitchen. Not everything is fully organized yet – so I won’t do a full kitchen organized blog post.

I’ve been searching for pink clean containers and finally found them at an affordable price! These containers were for $6.99+tax for 6! What a steal? I’m looking forward into purchasing more when I have the time to. I purchased them at One’s Better Living inside Market Village. They come in different sizes too.

b71 b73

If you follow my blog – you would know how OCD crazy I am. Everything’s got to match – even with kitchen containers! The colors have to be either pink or purple too.

The first thing I stored was the soup ingredients – I just had too much. Since i love making soup plus I make it twice a week too. Love how the bottom is see through. I don’t even need to label it.

b74 b75

Just a little fridge organization too lol. I like my fridge neat and tidy too. Stay tune for more organization adventures – this blog is updated daily at 12PM Eastern Time! Thanks for dropping by!

[Haul] — My Winter Clothings & Misc

d108 d109

Here’s my little haul from last month. Did a little online shopping before the crazy Christmas season. I enjoy online shopping more than going to the mall because of the lineups, crowds, and rush. Plus having a child makes it less enjoyable too.

[Kids] — Must have for babies • Tips & Advice

Having a kid id like a nonstop shopping spree – not only that – babies stuff are extremely expensive too. New parents tend not to care much about the prices because they want to give their little ones the best things possible.

From what I remember – we spent about $2500-$3000CAD for nursery furniture’s, decorations, and gadgets. Not including baby shower to celebrate. It gets quite expensive – so look out for special deals weekly! Check out for Babies R Us weekly sales!

I wanted to round it up to 10 MUST haves for newborns to one year old but it’s quite impossible. I choose 14 items for this blog post – hopefully it’s useful for all you new parents out there!

First off – starting off with the big furniture’s. I purchased both crib and diaper table at Babies R Us, from what I remember – they had free shipping after purchasing a certain amount. I got the nursing chair as well. I would say these are the most expensive items comparing to other stuff. Crib: $299.99+tax // Mattress $99+tax // Diaper Table $219.99+tax // Diaper table mat: around $30.

& than you’ll need to get the bedding sets, rhythm musical accessory for crib, diaper mat covers and etc…

I didn’t add the nursing chair on this blog post because it wasn’t necessary – I barely sat on it to feed my son. I just fed on the couch and bed. It wasn’t used often but it was quite expensive at $249.99+tax. It did look nice in the nursery but definitely don’t need it.

Play Pen is next on the list – we got a play pen after our son was born. Never thought about having him next to us in our room. So we got this the next day he was born. Very convenient – he slept next to us. There’s a changing pad too – so we don’t need to walk to his room to change. I think play pens nowadays is around $70-140 – depending the brand and style.

Most babies love the swing! But mine don’t at all – so it was a little waste. Hopefully my next child would love it. This gadget does the swing motion, vibration, and music rhythm. Price is around $100-$150.

Play mat was probably the only thing I never got – I couldn’t justify paying $80-$140 for a mat that he will probably look at for about a month or two. I did get him a tummy mat for cheaper.

Baby carrier is another item we didn’t use as much. Max we used it 6-7 times. These things cost around $40-$150. Wished we used it more though. It’s convenient to bring your little one out for walks and outings. Would recommend getting this but make sure you can use it number of times unlike us.

Stroller and car seat is one of the most important things on the list! Can be one of the most expensive on the list as well. Price ranges from $150-$1500. Yes! What’s the big difference? There is a big difference. The weight, the convenience, the wheels, and etc. The cheaper the stroller is – the heavier it is. That’s what I notice. When it’s heavy – you’ll be annoyed opening and closing it. Plus the wheels are better too with average to higher end strollers. You basically get what you pay for. We went mid-range for strollers and car seat. We settle with Britax. Stroller $249.99+tax and car seat $299.99+tax. It adds up to a little less than $700. Yes pricy but I would recommend parents to invest on a better quality stroller and car seat.

Will just make your life easier. So far – we love our stroller. After almost 4 years – it’s still in great condition – no tears or rips. Everything in perfect condition and we plan to use the same one with our second child. We just need to buy a new car seat since Britax car seats expire in 7 years. Make sure you buy a set of good strollers and car seat! It’s worth it!

Tub prices range from $30-$80. It’s like a must have item on the list. Cant bath the baby without a tub right?

Baby jumpers are usually used when baby are ready. When they can hold their head up and depending on the growth of their development. It helps with leg, neck, full body exercise and something to keep your baby busy. My son loved jumping in it – he loved playing the toys around it too. Price from $70-$140.

Is bumbo chair worth it? I have to say yes and no. I don’t like the short term usage of it but yet – it is very useful for 2-4 months. This is my son’s first feeding chair where we fed baby cereal to him. When we have dinner – we just sit him on top of the table with us. It’s very cute but expensive. This chair with tray is about $90.00! Yes and you don’t use it for long too! Once he knows how to move around – they don’t want to be in the chair anymore. With the price that steep – I think I will still purchase it again if I have to. Would you?

Graduating from the Bumbo chair to high chair. Another must have to keep your child seated while feeding and this chair – you can train them to pick up their own food to eat. The trays are usually removal for parents to easily wash. Price around $80-$300.

You don’t just need a high chair – you would need to purchase a booster chair for going out to restaurants or other people’s homes to eat. Price is around: $20-$80.

Here’s my last item on the list. A bouncer for your newborn to sit in and listen to music. We made use of this quite often. Whenever we needed to do something quick – we left him in there. The stuff toy hanging keeps them busy. When they are ready to reach – they’ll play with it. This is sort of like a swing but it’s just more convenient to move around than a swing. Price ranges from $30+.

There goes my list – I can go on and on but I’ll leave it at 14. Otherwise this blog post will be super long. Something’s on the list is not a must have but good to have around.

Are you a soon to be parent? Find this post helpful? Comment below to share. The prices I listed here is an approximate to give you an idea of how much things cost. It’s definitely pricey but totally worth it for the little one! Being a parent is a blessing and you’ll find all the joy raising your little one.

These are only baby stuff – the shopping will be nonstop till they turn teenagers! Stay tune for more daily updates – this blog is updated every single day at 12PM Eastern Time! Thanks for reading!

[Haul] — Kids Winter Clothing & Fashion

d102 d103

I did some online shopping last month for Munchkins’ winter clothes. Didn’t get too much since he still fits some from last year. I did pick out a few cute pieces and both my husband and I love them. I got them all in size 4 – so it’ll be perfect for next Fall and Winter during school season. Yes – he’ll be going to Junior Kindergarten next year! I can’t believe that!

These little vests are very cute and great for Christmas season – he can wear a dress shirt inside and layer with one of these. Don’t these look so mature?

Of course with Christmas season coming – I’ve gotta pick up something red for him. I actually pick out one to two pieces of Christmas outfits a year for him. These are so cute too pairing with leggings or jeans. There goes my mini winter haul for the Munchkin. Having a child is like non-stop shopping spree because they grow till their 18? Well by than – he’ll request to shop for his own clothes. Thanks for dropping by! Stay tune for more hauls and reviews – this blog is updated every single day at 12PM Eastern Time!

Have a TERRIFIC day!!!

[Collection][Review] — Minion Bedding & Comforter from Walmart • Christmas Gift

d098 d099

Christmas came 2 months early for the Munchkin! I feel a little guilty of giving him his Christmas present early and nothing under the tree for him but I just couldn’t wait! I couldn’t wait two months and have this wrapped for him. We decided on giving him a minion bedding set this year because we had no other ideas of what to get this Munchkin. He’s minions obsessed lately! He watches minions every morning when he gets out of bed. Is he too crazy?

d100 d101

We are so happy to see when he’s happy! I love that he enjoys his new bed even more now and have no excuses coming over to our bed in the middle of the night. Which he still does… I can’t wait to have a lock in our bedroom at our new place where he can’t just hop over whenever he likes to! I want my own bed! The minion bedding was quite pricey because the comforter and 3 piece bedding set was sold separately. The comforter was almost $70.00 itself and the 3 piece bedding was almost $40.00. There goes his minion craze! Stay tune for more hauls and reviews – this blog is updated every single day at 12PM Eastern Time!

[Kids] — Nursing & Feeding Must Haves • Tips & Advices • Avent Philips Products

d010 d011

Sterilizer                              |                        Bottle Variety Pack

Since I did a MUST HAVE FOR BABIES two days ago – I thought it be cute to do a ‘must have for nursing and feeding’ too. I got to admit that it’s pretty fun looking at these baby stuff – it makes me have BABY FEVER! Like serious baby fever! Anyways – since I am extremely OCD with everything – even with my nursing and feeding bottles, I used only one brand and that is Avent Philips. I love the series and would re-purchase everything again if I have to. The sterilizer is a must have after washing your baby bottles, you gotta sterilize all bottles and your breast pump, nipples, and milk storage’s. Sterilizer is $39.99+tax.

The variety pack is quite a good deal at $59.99+tax – it has a little bit of everything inside. To be honest – if you are full time breast feeding – you really don’t need that many bottles. Just store your extra milk in storage cups or storage bags.

d012 d013

Automatic Double Pump              |                 Milk Storage Bags

For my baby #2 – I would purchase the automatic double pump this time around because the manual pump is just WAY too tiring! I had only 1 manual pump and you can imagine how tiring it is – pumping like 30 minutes each time. Although the automatic pump is quite pricey at $299.99+tax – its still worth it. This price is actually a decent price comparing to other brands. For the manual pump I have – I’m still keeping it for going out purpose and vacation purpose.  With so much milk pumped – I’ll be using storage bags this time – just provides more room in the fridge & freezer. These Avent Milk Storage Bags is at $6.99+tax for 25 counts. Not necessary for the same brand – you can use other brands too – to me its all the same.

d014 d015

Re-useable Breast Pads                 |                     Baby Bullet

Last time I used disposable breast pads – which it adds up. A box of disposable can be $13.00 and you can use it for one month. Next time around – I’ll be purchasing reusable breast pads for $11.99+tax and it comes in 6! Even if I need to purchase 2 packs of the reusable ones – I still save a lot of money. You can simply throw it in the washer and have it air dry.

Baby bullet was VERY useful when it came to making solid food for my Munchkin. I love the storage food containers PLUS the whole set is just very adorable. I wish they had more colors though. Other than that – its perfect. It comes with a manual to teach parents how to make it and what to make at what age. The price is quite reasonable at $64.99+tax. You will be using it every single day when your little one starts solid. I love the baby bullet – one of my must haves!

d016 d017

Baby Food Storages         |          Avent Nipples

There’s times where you want to make more in a day – so you don’t need to make it every single day – these food storage boxes will come in handy too! Eight little boxes at $7.99+tax.

Since I just did some research that baby bottles is safe to be reused – I’ll be reusing the baby bottles my son used and replacing the nipples. They come in sizes: Newborn flow, Medium flow, and Fast flow at $7.49+tax for 2 nipples.

What would I do differently the next time? I think the next time I would breastfeed for a longer period of time. Probably wean my little one off the breast at 9 months and still be pumping milk till he’s 1.5 years old. I don’t mind the breast feeding or pumping – its not too painful for me. The reason why is because my son has a milk allergy without knowing – when we knew about it – it was too late. My milk was all gone. The doctor said he’ll be fine without milk as long as he eats protein. He was only 10 months old – I wish I could of still pump milk for him. Thank god he’s good with diary now but I wished I could of provided him with more breast milk when he was little. So that’s the only thing that I would do differently.

Before I thought of buying all nursing gadgets and baby bottles brand new because I didn’t know that it would be safe to reuse. But after researching – its just as safe. Which is perfect – I can reuse all the bottles and save about $40-$50. The only thing that I really need for my baby #2 is the automatic double pump system, storage bags, reusable breast pads, and new nipples for bottles. Other than that – everything can be reused. Perfect isn’t it? I love typing up these post – it prepares me to let myself know what I need when number 2 comes – I just don’t know when number two comes yet! Hope this blog post will help all you new parents out there! I love this brand and would recommend it to anyone out there! Stay tune for more daily blog posts – this blog is updated every single day at 12PM Eastern Time! Thanks for reading!

PS: Just a little note – watch out for AVENT product sales on Babies R Us – they are always on sale!

Have a BLISSFUL day!!!
