It’s about time to review this set of cookware I received during 2016 Christmas. It’s my very own set of cookware. With such an OCD person I am – I like to have a matching set instead of pieces from different brands. I’ve used this set for a good 4 months already.
They packed this set very sturdy. Let me tell you – this set of cookware is VERY heavy. I should of known how heavy it is before I purchased it but I didn’t think of it. It came with 10 pieces plus a free frying pan (picture right below). This set was on sale at 40%off and it came with a free frying pan.
Reason why I choose this set instead of the other sets is because I like the details on this set. I didn’t like the shiny glaze on it. Do I love it? I have to say – the only thing that throws me off is the weight of it! It’s heavy! I am used to holding pans and pots in one hand. I had to adjust to the weight but overall – this set is a pretty decent set. Also – I love how I can put these pots and pans in the oven to finish off my cooking. Which is convenient for me since I like to do both.
The sale at Kitchen Stuff Plus told me that Henckels Zwilling has a lifetime warranty – which sold me on it. But would I really keep this set for a lifetime? I think I would get bored of looking at it for the next 50 years lol. But for sure – sturdy! if anything happens to the handles – I can just call Henckels. This set comes with everything I need – no need to go buy extra pieces. I would recommend it – only if you don’t mind the weight of it.
Have a GRATEFUL day!!!

Here sharing a large haul from Ikea, Toys R Us, and Costco. I try to run all my errands within a day – so the rest of the time I can spend time with my family. There’s too much things to name in this haul – let the picture describe it for you.

Looking for Hong Kong style and inexpensive breakfast restaurants? Hollywood Cafe is the place to go. They have breakfasts starting at $3.99! Hubby and I stopped by Hollywood Cafe after our appointment to catch their breakfast menu.
With the inexpensive price we pay – we get a decent size portion meal with a drink. What more can we ask for right?
Have an YUMMILICIOUS day!!!

You have to love the convenience of Walmart’s free shipping! I basically don’t have to step out of my home and have everything delivered to me. Makes me lazy but I love it! I decided to make another order of a bunch of baby food for Munchkin#2. Instead of lugging it home – why not have it delivered? It was interesting how they wrapped up each bottle of baby food this time – a lot more work to open but very safe. Mainly – this haul is baby food jars, baby pouches, and baby cereal.
Purchased a lot of baby pouches this time for Munchkin#2 to try – I never bought these for Munchkin#1 when he was a baby. And boy did I missed out! These are so convenient to take out! I also got a cleanser for myself to try and two bottles of toothpaste for Munchkin#1. To save you time – do have Walmart deliver your stuff for you! But might I add – they don’t deliver everything!
Have a FABULOUS day!!!

Here’s a before photo before I changed up the play area again. At first – I was thinking maybe we should have a baby section and a kid section – so they both have their own area. But than – that wasn’t a good idea because toys were going literally everywhere. Especially when Munchkin#2 knows how to crawl.
Here’s an updated version of our play area as of now. I decided to combine the toys and have it in one area instead. Much easier to deal with instead of having it in 2 separate spots. They can play together too. Well – sometimes Munchkin#1 enjoys playing with baby brother.
Here’s the extra toys inside Munchkin#1’s room. At first – I didn’t like the idea of having toys inside a child’s room because who knows what they will be doing in the middle of the night right? But it turned out not a bad idea – our son never gets up to play toys. When it’s bed time – it’s bed time.
My kids are very fortunate to be gifted with many things during Birthdays and Christmases. We are very blessed. I cannot wait to get rid of some toys and bring in the bigger toys left at my in-laws place. I didn’t grow up with a lot of toys when I was a child – so my kids are super blessed with so many things to play with. To me – that’s what a childhood should be like.
Have a GRATEFUL day!!!

I’m the crazy mom that plans my kids party months in advance. Well – in this case – I designed these Donald Ducks & Anchors before Munchkin#2 was born. So almost a year in advance? When I think of something – I have to do it right away.
Recently – I just printed these and now in the process of cutting it all out. Some may think – why don’t I just purchase everything? To be honest – I love the DIY-ing part of everything. I love the designing, cutting, and all the jazz of putting it all together. It’s fun to me. I put a lot of time in my kids birthday party. It’s rewarding when others appreciate what I do. On the other hand – I did search to see if there were any Donald Duck decorations out there – there is barely any. Stay tune to see how I put everything together when it’s closer to date! Do you love DIYs too?
Have a BEAUTIFUL day!!!

We had a little Easter play date over the weekend with a few kids and decorated Easter eggs for the first time. It was my first time decorating too and same with most of the kids. It was a lot of fun!
I purchased all these at Walmart – very inexpensive. The fake eggs – looks so much like real eggs. At first I was debating if I should just boil real eggs but it would be such a waste. I know real eggs aren’t expensive but I’m not a fan of wasting food like that. So fake eggs is the way to go! We had a total of 24 eggs for 4 kids. That’s a lot but the Mamas had fun too!
My munchkin wasn’t a huge fan of painting eggs – he’s an OCD freak like his mommy. Lol – he did not like the paint in his hand and all over the place. He was over it after painting one egg. However – the girls had a lot of fun painting. Shall I say it’s a girl thing? I had fun painting a few eggs too!
So colorful and creative! Everyone got to bring a basket of eggs home.
The kids had lunch after painting and some play time too. Love how well they behaved.
Overall a fun experience – I cannot wait to do this again next year. It was a good amount of kids. Too many kids will be more hectic for sure. The girls are much more mature than the boys. They know what they were doing. Cheers to a fun Easter play date!
Have a WONDERFUL day!!!

Here’s my first impression and review at a vegan restaurant. My girlfriend took me here a few weeks back and boy was it an experience! Since we had dinner prior – we only ordered two things to snack on. The first thing that came up was the poutine. It tasted good but I do notice the difference with their cheese. They used vegan cheese and vegan gravy. It’s tasty but different from what I am used to.
This piece of chocolate cake is my first piece of vegan cake. I would have to say it tasted pretty blend to me. I do notice the difference from a regular piece of chocolate cake and this one.
I wouldn’t say I would not try vegan food again – I am open to it. Maybe when I have it more – I’ll get used to it? Who knows! Where is your favorite Vegan restaurant? Comment below to share with me!

Here’s a huge Costco haul – doesn’t look like much in this photo but I did purchase 3 boxes of diapers and a stack of paper towel. I don’t go to Costco often – at around every 2-3 weeks. I try to get everything I need in one trip to save myself sometime.
Picked up two new things to try this time. Shampoo and conditioner from Marc Anthony – the packaging seems interesting and it has argan oil in it. The second item was on sale – Pho with Chicken. Costco is always a dangerous place to go because we always come out with more than we need. I’m sure everyone can relate to this!

I’m grateful that I get to wake up to my husband and my two boys every morning. Seeing their sleepy faces makes me so blessed for this life.
Although no one loves to do chores – I am very grateful to do them. I love providing my family a clean and organize environment.
I am grateful to have home cook healthy meals for my family. We eat out occasionally but being able to have that balance is what I love. I love having a meal on the table when my husband comes home from a long day of work, because he deserves it.
I am very grateful after having 2 kids – I could still sleep 9-10 hour straight. I love my sleep! The days when I didn’t have kids – I slept for 12 hours. Lol.
Grateful to have a bunch of friends that don’t judge or show off. We see each other once in a while but when we do get to catch up – its like the good old days again. I just enjoy no bullshit people. I enjoy peoples humbleness. I cannot deal with copy cats as well. Or spoil asses. Inconsiderate people is off the list too.I’m picky about who I want in my life – nothing wrong with that right?
I’m grateful for my straight up personality because I cannot be fake or pretend to be someone I ain’t. I don’t go in circles. If its right its right. What’s wrong is wrong. I’m not sorry about it. I wasn’t born to please anyone. With such straight up personality – I do not know how to sugar coat my words either.
Most importantly – I am very grateful for the family my husband and I created. When I was 19 years old (almost 10 years ago) – I met my husband and I wasn’t playing around – I told him straight up (hence my straight up personality) I wasn’t looking for a boyfriend, I’m looking for a husband. I knew exactly what I wanted and strive for that goal. The family that we created means the world to us. Protecting and raising our boys right is our number one priority. Looking back at the days when I didn’t have kids – my priority definitely changed and shifted a lot. Back in the days I wanted the best of materialistic things because that’s what made me happy – but now those things don’t phase me. Money don’t phase me either. Money can buy a short term of happiness – it certainly doesn’t give us a lifetime of happiness. Yes – money can make us live comfortably but I don’t need to be rich. I rather live conservatively and have time spent with my family. Family time to me is very precious.
My priority is having a healthy and happy family. Money cannot buy health nor can it give a lifetime of happiness. Any other luxury things is just bonuses in our life. I wake up every day feeling grateful that I am alive and I have another day to live and watch my boys grow. There are so much to be grateful about. Live a grateful heart & don’t compare your life with others. Find joy in living.
Have a GRATEFUL day!!!

Easter is around the corner – how could I not shop for Easter right? Since my friend is hosting a kids Easter party at their place – I’ve decided to put together some Easter favor boxes for the kiddos. It’ll be a huge play date with some Easter activities.
I went to two places to pick up these items; Walmart & Dollarama.
These Easter favor boxes is almost complete – still need to add the small little egg chocolates in.
I’ve decided to pick up four of these Easter baskets for my kids god-siblings and cousin.
This is how it looks like after it being filled. It was a lot of fun putting everything together. This is also my first year doing Easter festivities. Stay tune – I’ll be sharing with you what I did for my kids Easter basket this year!

Disney on Ice to end off the March break for these kiddos! It was all of our first time at Disney on Ice – it was so exciting!
Tickets were on promotion – so it was such a good deal to pass up this chance to see Disney on Ice. Munchkin was only so-so about it because he could not sit still! That is my active boy while his school friend, Cynthia enjoyed the show a lot! To be honest – I feel like the girls would enjoy it a lot more because there were many princesses.
Overall – a great experience for these Kiddos. The show was two hours long with a break in the middle where we bought pizza to snack on. Look at how silly my Munchkin was! I wanted to get some souvenirs but this Munchkin didn’t want anything.
That concludes our last event of this March break.
Have a WONDERFUL day!!!

Over the March break we took our Munchkin to an indoor playground in Vaughn – near Wonderland. I’ve read quite a bit of reviews on this indoor playground before deciding to go there. What better way to keep kids happy for two long hours during their break right? We already had a play date earlier that week with his school friend and this was the second event out of the March break for him.
My thoughts on this indoor playground? Since it was March break – it was flooded with kids! Right when I got into the door – there was this smell of sweat. I wish there were windows in this playground – so it wouldn’t be that humid. Other than that – this playground was HUGE! Lots to do and play. Some machines do require coins to play – just a few. Also – I like how they have a seating area with a few high chairs. A little snack area and a few party room as well. The fee per child was $14.00 with tax – babies were free. Adults were free as well. Lots of seating area around too.
Mommy and her two boys! Munchkin#2 was very curious and checked out basically everything! He can’t wait to touch and play everything when he’s at that age to play. Oh right – there was a toddler area in the middle of the playground – which is great!
My babies keeping busy! Look at that big smile! Nothing makes me more happy than watching them smile and just enjoy the life they have!
Family photo is a must!
Oh man – look at this Jits table! I haven’t touched a jits or you call Foosball table in a very long time. I believe back in 2010? This brings back a lot of teenager/college memories. It was so much fun with my kids and husband!
Would I recommend CandyLand Indoor Playground for you? Yes I would but do go on a weekday where there is less kids. Advice for the adults is bring something to do! Kids can keep themselves busy all day long there! Another thing that I like is – they allow outside food. They do have a restriction on some sort of food though. Have you been here? What are your thoughts? Comment below to share!

Did I ever mention how I HATE Apple cable chargers? I’ve changed them numerous times and I absolutely hate them! They don’t last until the one year mark. I understand that if you purchase it through Apple – you get a 1 year warranty – but it’s still annoying! I’ve asked most of my friends and they have the same problem. Apple should really do something about this problem!
Anyways – since I had have enough with the Apple charger – I went to Apples and asked the staff to recommend something that does NOT rip. Which they recommended Belkin. Why didn’t they introduce this to us earlier? I could of saved a lot of money from re-purchasing Apple cables.
Do I love or dislike the Belkin cable? I have to say – I love it so far. It’s very sturdy. It’s used it about 6 month and no ripping so far. It doesn’t look like it’s going to fall apart anytime soon. So hopefully this is the last time I need to purchase a charger cable! The price for the Belkin cable is $34.95+tax and the Apple cable is $25.00 to $35.00 depending on length. Would highly recommend the Belkin cable over the Apple cable. What are your thoughts? Haven’t done a home cooking diary for awhile now – will be getting back into it now. I enjoy being in the kitchen and experiencing new recipes. This month I tried out 2-3 new Chinese dishes. All turned out pretty good. Having more family breakfasts at home as well on weekends.
I have my meals planned out by the week – I would say we have a balance diet. We get takeouts/go out to eat 2-3 times a week. While the rest – I make healthy home cook meals. I enjoy a balance because eating at home is a lot more healthier.
I find that cooking Western food is so much easier than cooking Chinese food. Chinese food tends to have a lot of different spices. Am I right or wrong?
I feel very blessed to be a housewife and stay at home mother where I can make healthy meals for my three loves. I feel like feeding them healthy food is my priority. Keeping them healthy is my responsibility. That is all for the month of March – I am looking forward to checking out more new recipes next month!
Have an YUMMILIOUS day!
