Its been an journey vlogging! I started actually vlogging on April 7th 2014. Prior to that – I captured daily mini video clips too. So it wasn’t a big transition from mini clips to vlogging!
In the beginning of vlogging – it’s quite awkward because I wasn’t comfortable in vlogging in public – but after a couple months of vlogging – I have no problem w it at all.
My biggest regret was not vlogging earlier! I wished my captured my son’s birth, days when he was a baby. I do have one to two minute clips but watching it back – I wish it was a longer clip!
Im so grateful that I started vlogging – I mean these memories I CANNOT ever buy back! When its gone its gone! Although I did get a couple negative comments about it but I can careless of what these people behind their computers say. I don’t have the time to really stress over it – who knows? Maybe they live the perfect life and can criticize others? Good for them than lol. What’s most important to me is that I captured these memories for myself and my family to watch. Twenty something years or even sixty something years later – these vlogs will be even more precious! It’s like watching back in time. I always wanted a time machine – so here I have it!
I’m so blessed to be able to capture these special memories – every day is special to me! I’ probably making less than a penny for each views but money dont really matter to me. What matters to me is these memories are captured forever and ever.
So you have it there – my experience with vlogging is amazing because I get to playback on these special memories of life. It’s a blessing to be a stay at home mom capturing memories! Money isn’t everything to me. My advice to you is – start vlogging! It’ll be neat to watch back!
